During this afternoon camp, we will work on theater, dance, and life skills while putting together a shorter age appropriate version of Singing In The Rain! Singing in the Rain is about the transition from silent movies to "talkies". With the help of the cable station right across the hall, we are able to create both silent pictures and "talkies" just like the old days! A show will be performed on the last day of camp, Wednesday August 19th for family and friends. Musical Theater Experiences is in its 22nd year. We offer children the opportunity to learn and then perform for family and friends, an age appropriate version of both original and well know musicals. Emphasis is on building self-confidence and self-esteem. No auditions or experience is necessary and everyone gets a part, along with singing and dancing, even some tap dancing! This program is for students entering grades 6-10 in the fall of 2020.
